FAQ

What is Spinal Decompression?

It is a non-surgical procedure. Spinal decompression is believed to relieve
pressure that builds up on the discs and nerves. The task of relieving
pain is thought to come about as a result of drawing areas of bulging
and herniated disc material back into place. The theory of how
decompression accomplishes this is by creating negative pressure within
the disc, referred to as negative intra-discal pressure. The spinal
decompression tables we use in our office are all FDA cleared.

What types of conditions does spinal decompression therapy help treat?

Disc problems of multiple varieties such as herniated discs, ruptured
or protruding discs, sciatica, bulging discs, degeneration,
spondylolisthesis, facet syndrome, joint arthrosis, and more.

What is the cost?

It all depends on your condition, as some treatment plans are more than
others. This is one of the aspects the doctor will cover in your no-cost consultation.

What are my chances for success?

Very high, actually. We only accept patients that we truly feel we can help.

Does insurance cover the cost?

We are happy to verify your benefits when you come into our
office and give you an idea of what you will need to pay out of pocket
before any services are performed.
